Lively Family Crest

NALF is a non-profit organization, established for the purpose of bringing together members of Lively families of America and accomplishing historical research. Membership of the Association is Livelys, descendants and spouses.

In keeping with the goal of 'accomplishing historical research', the NALF has compiled and published Genealogy data on Livelys in America. That information can be found in the following books published by the NALF

"Livelys of America" is the first book published by the NALF. The book contains fourteen lines of the Lively family. The lines include the Mark Lively (1690), Burke County Lively (1715), James Lively (1748), Robert Lively (1750), South Carolina - Texas Lively (1750), Joseph Lively (1755), David Lively (1755), South Carolina - Illinois (1760), Andrew Lively (1761), Cottrell Lively (1763), William Lively (1770), John Lively (1780), Squire Lively (1828) and miscellaneous. The book covers the period from 1690 to 1968. This book contains 893 pages. THIS BOOK IS SOLD OUT Cost $45.00 PP.

"Livelys of America First Supplement" is the second book published by the NALF. The book covers the period from 1968 to 1972 and contains updates, additional information and corrections. This book contains 178 pages. This book is out of print. The book is available on CD-ROM. Cost $10.00 PP.

"Livelys of America Second Supplement" is the third book published by the NALF. The book covers the period from 1972 to 1982 and contains updates, additional information and corrections. This book also contains a complete index containing more than 26,000 names from all three books. This book contains 928 pages. Cost $45.00 PP.

"Lively of America Third Supplement" is being compiled currently. This book will cover the period from 1982 to current and will contain updates, additional information and corrections.

The NALF welcomes your assistance in providing Lively Genealogy information to them for compiling and publishing the "Livelys of America Third Supplement". Requirements for information to be included in the book are:

1. A family has at least one spouse who is a Lively (Liebly for Pennsylvania lines),

2. The Lively descendant must have born or adopted at least one child and

3. The family data is submitted using the NALF electronic form.
